No but you can pay for the travel costs, if you like.
You and the caregiver you’re hiring should both agree on how to handle things like travel costs before you hire them.
Whether or not you pay for their travel costs can be outlined in the Offer of Employment form IMM 5983 (PDF, 2.33MB).
