Scheduling is a useful practice that you can incorporate in your daily routine to maximize your productivity. It requires you to clearly define the timeframe for a particular task, helping you allocate the time necessary for completing it. An important component of effective scheduling is scheduling the right tasks. It is just as important to make time for personal activities- such as reading and journaling- as professional activities. Moreover, being realistic about how much you can truly accomplish in a day, given the distractions that you will likely encounter, is also crucial for creating a schedule that works.
